I made an off the cuff joke in another thread. Totally in context with prior posts in the thread. I said nothing offensive, just outside of the box. Obviously had some truth to it.
Within a couple hours, my quick joke no longer appeared in that thread. Instead, it showed up in another, completely unrelated thread. The new thread was an announcement type thread with no replies. So my silly crack was no longer accumulating "likes," instead it looked very out of place.
So, out of respect for the new thread OP, I edited that post and changed it to "oops must be my mistake" so as to minimize distraction from their announcement.
