I recently posted about having issues with a product I purchase from Dennis Carpenter.
I called them the following morning and the nice person who answered the phone suggested that I email the company.
I sent them an email with all the needed information including my concerns.
I received and email from them the following morning telling me to keep the part and they would issue me a full refund.
I would either receive the credit on my CC or I would receive a check for the full amount withing 10 to 15 days.
I received my full refund in check for today, less than 15 days later.
I have made several purchases from Dennis Carpenter and will continue you to do so.
Thank you Dennis Carpenter for being the kind of company that I enjoy doing business with.
