That is one of the better videos I've seen. Some of the other videos show steps that don't need to be done. Obviously you'll be able to do it on the truck, which IMO may actually be easier than with it moving around on the table. As you can see, it requires replacement of the light assembly. It's not a replaceable lens.
I've had to replace those lights twice now, and just recently had one scuffed up a little by a bad driver. First one I think might have took a rock, second time was from another vehicle contacting it, even though it was folded in. This most recent scuff also happened while folded in. Crazy how ignorant some drivers can be.
