Noisy Door
When I close my passenger side door, the hinge makes a loud metal BANG when the hinge-spring rolls over the little hinge-wheels. The wheels LOOK alright and the door isn't crooked, so what causes this annoying noise?

You might also take a look to make sure that the front of the door isn't rubbing on the fender. If the hinges are getting "well broken in", there could be just enough sag to allow that. I had to loosen my fender and give it a little shove to stop that same kind of noise. Steve
