2020 F250 platinum.radio/media/CarPlay/speakers not working. The little white lines when backing up aren't showing up. The power distribution isn't showing up when on the offroad dashboard. The seatbelt chime is way louder than normal. Nothing coming through the speakers like screen touch beeps etc
I've removed fuses.
I've master reset.
I've done the power fast forward buttons reset.
Left batteries off over night.
Both batteries are a year old and tested good at O Reillys.
From what I've read here on the forum, when batteries check out fine (and terminals/cables/ground connections are all fine/clean) then electrical gremlins likely show up when water has intruded into connectors and caused corrosion, potentially.
Again, from what I've read here (but not experienced myself with my '20 F250), is crud and/or corrosion could be present in the connectors under the rear bed and rear bumper area. Particularly in the trailer connector and nearby connectors, due to water intrusion.
You might want to crawl under those areas and inspect the connectors. Clean as necessary, and apply dielectric grease. Can't hurt in any case, but you never know with electrical gremlins. But, what you're reporting sounds like some familiar gremlins I've read about here in the forum.
One other potential issue that affects '20 models: Water intruding into the fuse box under the hood (on the passenger side). There's been a TSB that addresses cases where the lid allows moisture into that box. Again, I've not experienced it on mine, thankfully.
Let us know if you find anything, and good luck!
Edit: One final thing to check, since most of what you're referencing has to do with the APIM: Verify that you have the latest SYNC3 build. I was having some minor issues with my SYNC3, but nothing like what you're reporting. After performing an update to the latest build version, all was fine. So, it could be a simple update that's required...

APIM going bad?
Other things to try?
How did they test the batteries???
Unless at least one battery was disconnected during testing you will get a false reading as the batteries are interconnected in the truck.
A bad battery can cause this too. As mentioned, if you have dual batteries, they must be fully disconnected during testing. I have a bad battery that showed up from being below freezing and my IP and stack were doing some crazy shiznit until the truck started.
I had an “intermittent” no start problem, engine wouldn’t even turn over when in failure mode. I have a battery load tester which showed one battery was low, left them connected while testing. I bought two new batteries however a short time later the no crank came back. Turned out to be my starter. I still had the old batteries so I tested them separately and of course disconnected they both were fine.
