I previously owned a 2012 F-350 Lariat SRW with a deleted 6.7l for 4 years. I sold it for monetary reasons, but for over a year I found myself a good old 1997 F-350 DRW XLT 7.3 PS that someone had started the project but was no longer able to continue. So I took up the torch and here are the few modifications I have already started: blacked out grill, 2008 Lariat leather seats front and rear, black dyed carpet, 10" radio with backup camera and a Hydra. I already have a complete 99 intercooler kit with the spyder, new Y-pipes, 3" downpipe. My next modifications will be to get rid of the twin I-beam to put a 2008+ rigid axle front and rear, an e-fuel kit, injector upgrade and probably a KC turbo. And after all this my long term plan would be to swap a 6R140 or even crazier a 10R140, but I am still at the feasibility stage!!!
