Question about front sway bar

So I have 12” Fabtech lift on my 06 F350 and I just purchased a Hellwig 1”1/2 front sway bar and the one that is installed right now is a lot smaller and mounted aft of the front axle is that part of the lift or did they install it incorrectly? Help please

My 99 SD 4x4's is rear of the diff which is OEM.
