I have noticed a few of us on here are going the bilstein way! What are you guys paying per shock! I am debating between the bilstein or the fox shocks!
thanks guys!
DC- does oru sell them and at what price ( thanks for all your help DC I truly appreciate it!!!!!)
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 08-Jan-03 AT 02:01 PM (EST)]Yes, ORU does sell the 7100s. They sell them for $250 a shock because they are valved for your setup. Dual shock or single shock and approx weight of the vehicle. If you just want to use shocks that are already valved not custom valving you can check out www.eshocks.com A better ride is with the custom valved ones.
Basically the Fox , Bilstein, and Sway a way shocks are all very similar and when valved for your truck provide a very nice ride.
Hope this helps.
Edit: The Bilsteins are only available with one size body and one size piston that I have seen. The Fox have two different size shock bodies and piston size. Not sure about Sway A Way. So when comparing price be sure to compare apples to apples.
Edit 2: Sway a way also has different sizes available.
And on Fox and Sway a Way you can get a billet piggyback mounted shock. The resevoir is already attached to the shock body using a billet mount, there aren't any braided lines.
