I don't tow that frequently, but over the summer I towed two different trailers several times each, (both with all the info put in) and every time, the Connected Nav refused to provide a route, giving the "no safe routes" message, when I knew there were. WIthout the trailer, nav works fine. I have a 2024 F250 XLT.

Are you towing a trailer? The 2023+ connected nav uses your trailer information to plan an appropriate route given length, height, weight, etc. similar to a trucker GPS.
