I am considering getting one and was looking to get a little feedback from anyone else that has installed one. I do not want anyone to expose any secrets but I would like some general feedback like would you do it again? Was it worth the cost? I am absolutely capable of developing something on my own but perhaps his kit has some clever ideas or components that make it the way to go.
I have not seen any info about this kill switch, if it is a switch it can be found and flipped. I have a Ravelco installed on my 23 F250 and it cost around $900. It is a 16 pin plug in an armored cable and all the wires are black, try tracing them! Supposedly several million sold and not one vehicle stolen. If you decide to do it yourself use a multi pin plug and make all the wires black, switches will be found and flipped.

I am familiar with Ravelco and my buddy has one in his truck. Your idea of a multi pin plug is a good one. If happen to take on something like that myself I have been debating on which system I want to interrupt.

You want to interrupt multiple systems not just one, I would hit starting, fuel and ignition at the very least.

Unfortunately, some idiot on YouTube has videos on how to defeat Ravelco in under a couple of minute.

With a properly installed unit you will never be able to trace the any of the wires in couple of minutes. The Youtuber is an idiot and would never be able to find any of the connections on my truck in less than an hour. Maybe he could trace them in a 50's or 60's car but not on a newer vehicle.

Have it. Works. No issues. Install is simple. Took me longer to figure out where/how I wanted it installed. The more you keep it looking factory, the harder it is to "see". Sure someone can probably do it themselves but with the purchase price, all that leg work is done for you. If I were to get a new super duty, I definitely would purchase again. I visit south Texas and I do what I can to keep my truck.
