I have a 2008 E450 Super Duty Ford RV chassis. The side mirrors are heated and motion, but no extend or memory. Simple. I cannot find how to wire this thing up. It was all in pieces. I’ve bench tested the motors and all direction works. Just can’t figure out how to wire the rotary **** to the mirrors. Here is what I have. Please and thank you for any help.
my mirror selector switch for pass or drivers side has an 8-pin connector but only 7 pins used, with one doubled. Odd. Here is the layout looking at the wires from left to right, top to bottom: Selector Switch (1st row) 1. Brown 2. Black 3. Red 4. Empty (2nd row) 5. Yellow 6. Green 7. White 8. Blue AND Orange
Each mirror has 5 discreet wires coming through. I have directly wired the to the motors in both polarities to confirm the motor does function in all axis. I just cannot fgure out how to hook this all up. Each Mirror 1. Orange - Heat ? 2. Orange w/White Stripe - Heat ? 3. Yellow - left/right ? 4. White - up/down ? 5. Black - ground ?
Ive messed with this and have driven myself nuts. Of course I have 12v + and - to supply. thank you to anyone!!!
