Here's one you don't see very often, and won't see ever again. I just received my special ordered ‘24 F250 Super Cab, Short Bed, Lariat, FX4, Glacier Gray, 7.3L, 4.30 gears, vinyl flooring. Going to put some 35” tires and a Scout Olympic slide in camper on her. Didn’t want the longer wheelbase since we’ll spend quite a bit of time doing some light 4-wheeling to get to campsites and trailheads. Only the lady, the dog and I, so don’t need the crew cab. Excited to join the club!
zrw1979, Sharp looking rig. Really like the color and it being a SCSB. I ordered a one myself in Sept. SCSB XLT Iconic silver, 6.8, 3.73, camper package, carpet delete, console Baha interior. My truck was delivered to dealer yesterday and I will pick up Sat Curious as to what your payload is ? did you get tailgate step?

Payload for the truck is 3409. I did not get the camper package. Rear has four leafs. The dry weight of my camper will be around 1600. Truck should ride well with it in.
I did get the tailgate step. It'll be handy, but I picked up a Little Giant stepladder which will be better for the dog to get into the camper.
Thanks for that info as I was curious what our payload would be around, (hoping for 3600lbs). I did not get tailgate step as I was going for most payload and will use step ladder also. We are looking for small slide-in camper ourselves under 2300lbs. (dry). Bought the SCSB for same reasons you mentioned. enjoy
Nice truck!
Do you think the Scout camper color match the truck?
I have seen some photos of the Scout and thought the colors were close to the new Super Duty color.

The Glacier Gray is definitely more blue than the camper. I stole this pic from someone with glacier gray on the Scout Camper Owners Facebook group. Still looks good!

Still looks like a good match.
The photo I saw of the Scout was taken with dark background and gave a more bluish color.

You won’t ever see a Supercab Shortbed for 2025. “This Combination is Not Available” for 2025 according to the Ford website.
It is nice to see all the SCSB trucks that Ford does not think is worth selling any more. I always got SCSB trucks and don't want the extra length of the CCSB. I guess I need to keep my 2019 a much longer time than usual. I get it that apparently country wide the CCSB is the most popular purchase, but where I live there is a lot of SCSB F150 and Superduty trucks. Is this an urban/suburban versus rural thing ?
