I'm not, but last summer I saw a black F350 SC dually on Lakeshore Drive right around the Gyro Park area quite a few times. This truck has black moulded plastic mudguards on the rear. Looks great, but Ford doesn't carry them.
If your the owner and you're on-line with , or if you know this guy, please let me know. I have to get a pair.
From: I'm lost somewhere in NJ -- can someone please find me?!?!?!?
Anybody from Kelowna?
I'm not the guy (I don't even know where Kelowna is) but I think you're talking about these:

Husky Liner Custom Molded Mud guards. This company (Husky) makes some really cool stuff -- I have the guards, and 2 different types of their floor mats in my truck, as well. Their website is http://www.huskyliner.com -- don't even ask about their quality; they are one of the best.
I found the guards for $25 a pair on the internet at http://www.accessconnect.com/custom_molded_mud_guards.htm
