I have a connector laying herewith PN F4TB15A702P260H and don’t know where it goes. Can anyone help? Thanks!

15A702 is the basic part number for a hood lamp harness

What is on your engine that doesn't have anything plugged in?
Guessing with IAC or ECT.

Do you have AC compressor. check there.
Wire colors would help decipher the circuit

Looks more like connector C171 that goes to the Canister Purge (CANP) solenoid/valve. On a 7.5L engine the CANP is teed into the PCV valve vacuum line that also continues onto the charcoal canister.
