I did it in a '98 so that I could replace the plenum.

I tried to post some pics of it in my User Gallery, but I don't think I was allowed to and they hid the album that the pics were in. Try clicking on the "View User's Gallery" link to the left and see if you see a "Heater Plenum" album. If so, I can throw some more pics of my experience in there.
