stick falling headliner without removal?

the front edge of my headliner is starting to fall, what adhesive should I used to I stick it back up without removing it and redoing it, but also won't seep through the material and look like absolute crap? it's an expedition so the whole thing is quite long would be a chore, especially since the rest of it still doing just fine.

Not sure of the official name (push rivets, push fasteners, retainer clips, etc.).

I'd rather use a glue. I'm sure they will work fine, but they wouldn't be able to hold up all of it, everything in front of them would still be drooping. plus I would need tan rivets to not look totally like crap, they would need to be short ones too because I doubt there is that much space between the headliner and the roof, I don't really want to drill extra holes in the headliner if I can help it, and it would still probably damage it and not hold on very well just by virtue of it trying to grab onto a thin relatively soft backing versus sheet metal.
