Question Stroker Engines

I have four engines to stroke as big as possible.
I will go from smallest to biggest and include their uses.

First is a 302 that resides in a 1971 Pinto. So far it has been ballanced, bluprinted, and bored .030 over. It has an original crank, 351 DOOE heads, roller rockers, and a 760 cfm holly carb on top of an original Eidelbrock Torker intake. It runs at approx 460 hp and pulles 12.42 in the quartermile at around 105mph with 1.60 second 60 foot times. It need a serious upgrade.

Second is a 351w that will reside in a 1973 Pinto Wagon Pro-Mod. It is an aluminum Block from Ford Racing that is Siamiese bored and has iron-ductile sleaves that I plan on stroking to 454.

Third is my truck engine. it is a HiPo 390 that i beleve to be a police interceptor engine. I want to Stroke it as large as possible but I don't know what the upper limit is. I've seen and heard 428. but I don't know any other details yet.

Fourth is a 460 that will reside in a 1976 Pinto wagon Pro-Mod. It is also an aluminum block from Ford Racing that will be stroked to about 500 ci and be one bad Pro-Mod engine. My goal with this engine is to be the Fastest pinto EVER by going under 6.48 seconds.

Any Info and/or suggestions on any of these engines will be greatly appreciated

How about some nitrous on that 302? The 302 seems to be effective in the pinto, motivate it. hahaha. Just saying, it would be cheaper and less of a hastle if properly tuned, you stroke all those motors your gonna be spending a lot of money.

What made you decide to add stroker cranks to all of your motors? just curious

Sounds like you have some nice toys, later

You can take the 302 to 347, the 351 to 454 as you said, the 390 to 430, and the 460 if you get an SVO block you can go to 806. If you dont get the svo block you can go to 557.

If you get a 428 block for the FE you can go to 448, and if you get a 427 FE block you can go to 485.

Are you doing some sort of professional racing? I ask because this will take some serious $$$.

See here and look at their stroker kits.

There's just something about bringing an engine to its ultimate potential. and as always "there's no repalcement for displacement". I hope to go Pro in the NHRA one day but untill then my dad, my fiancee and I are just adding cars (and Tow Vehicles) to the our racing team, Sly ***** Racing, in Anchorage Alaska.

Well, the 302 is my dads race car of which I am the crew chief. The 302 "modivates" it to run 12.43 @106 mph with 1.06 sixty foot times. I think that it is under camed and not breathing as well as it should be. 390 is my next project though. it lives (sorta) in my 59 F-100. I want to stroke this to use as our tow vehicle and as my other daily driver.
