Anybody ever take a superduty intercooler and piping and put it on a obs? Curious about how it would perform. Seems better to me than $1000-$1700 range of the aftermarket ones for sale. Although the diesel site water to air is very temping lol.
Piping will need to be modified to fit (added length)
radiator core support has to be cut in order for the ic piping to fit, you will need an e99 spider ($$$) or go full 99+ 3" plenums, spider, turbo, pedestal, modified down pipe. Driver exhaust manifold, and up pipes. There's many right ups on how to install IC so search and read.
you can buy intercooler pipes that are made for this exact setup, I had around $500 in mine with everything included, I bought my early 99 spiders from the junk yard for $70 each.
