92 4.0 pings

my 4.0 pings bad but only when near or below a 1/2 tank of gas any ideas folks

Just a guess Wayne.....Could you have water in your gas tank? I wonder if there might be an additive that you could try.

I would check your fuel pressure, low pressure can cause a lean condition and that can cause pinging.
