Your thread on the coolant leak says the current motor is a 351 Windsor? That really is a great motor with lots of aftermarket parts available. Finding another should be easy...both new crate motors as well as rebuilt. Even good used ones.
Your OEM options were the 240 six, the 300 six and the 352 FE V8.
None are available "new".
Since you have a V8, you can look for rebuilt 360 or 390 engines that will pop right in.
Jasper is one source. I'll try to find others.
Do you have a local machine shop that does rebuids?
OK, I will check Jasper and some other sources as well. Thanks for providing that info. We have fixed the freeze plugs that were leak leaking. But I’m still worried about kind of long-term. So getting educated now would be a good thing. Thank you.

that is correct, OK that it will be nice to know if it’s necessary. So far so good on the freeze plugs issue.
