Hey there guys, looking for suggestions on injectors. Truck is mostly stock, cold air intake, hydra chip, 3inch lift, 3 inch down pipe, 4 inch exhaust. Daily driver, don’t tow often. As a heavy diesel mechanic I’m not really worried about anything other than cost and reliability. You get what you pay for, but I don’t want to overpay.
Leaning towards Full Force diesel 180/30s. Heard things about “swamps” but haven’t been able to find much. Open to any and all suggestions would love to hear what you all think.

Pretty sure Rosewood does a few different "levels" of rebuilds at least they did when I had mine done. Definitely a second for Rosewood from me. Super nice guys.
I would eye the rest of the truck before fresh sticks.
Uppipes
Manifolds
HPOP
Turbocharger
Etc
Mine came from Bitterroot and are fine. Lots go to Rosewood. 180/30 are not really popular, better to just go with hybrids at that point and turn em down. I have 205/30s.
Injectors are nice, very expensive, but also one of the biggest performance improvements that can be made when paired with a tuner.
I went with Rosewood. 205/30s i believe they are.
There's no real getting around the cost. Injectors just aren't cheap, any way you go about it. Not one of those projects where you can do one at a time either...or is it
I went with Bitterroot injectors, 160/30's which are enough power for me when I need it. By far the largest difference in performance along with the php Hydra chip.

I’ve heard the hybrids do good on a stock hpop, not as oil hungry. Any thoughts? Also most all that’s on the list lol
Rosewood every day. Jim is without a doubt top notch.
If you are staying stock turbo just do 160/0
With the right support mods imo that all you need
I have a decent size s467.7 turbo. I had some big hybrids in mine. Right not I'm using some 160/80 and I'm not sure I'll bother putting the hybrids back in. 160 is more than enough for doing a lot of work. I never realized as I went from stock to 250/200s. I'm liking these 160 just great
I suppose IF your original HPOP is fine. Mine could not hold rail pressure on stock 90cc units with basic tuning. It was beat around 250k miles.
You could shim the armatures, I did. It will get a bit more life from them while you focus on other priorities with the mill.
I think I’m going to go with 160/0’s. Wondering now if I can just buy a 99-03 hpop since the injectors are a little bigger. If I’m not mistaken which I very well could be, the 99-03 hpops are 17deg while obs are 15deg. Which is seems like the “performance” hpops on the lower end anre listed ant 17deg. I could be way off tho. Any thoughts my man?

I would not buy a used pump. Newest, used unit is what about 20 years old now? Seems like tossing good cash after bad.
Mine is an Adrenaline, works fine.
Remember, correct rail pressure allows full atomization of the fuel which makes more power and less black smoke due to full combustion.
sorry not used, I’d was thinking an oe replacement. But I was checking out the adrenaline, looks like the perfect setup. Just hate being patient saving up for parts lol. Better to put money into quality than put it into repairs later. Thanks for all the tips
