Hi, guy's dose any one of you have a picture of how there horns look like in the 56 ford f100, because mine was replaced a long time ago and currently I just noticed that there was was some terrible job done.
With the 460 in your truck it obviously is not stock so the horn can be wherever you want it. IMHO pics of others horns will be of no value to you, Put it where you want it.

Just wanted to see how it looks like with the relay because I have replaced it before years and I recently found out that they did not do a clean job and currently I have alot of electrical issues. No problem I would send it to another garage to get it all sorted out.
Horns pretty much are a direct short when activated and therefor need a relay to handle the load so as to not burn up wiring and switches. A good quality relay wired into the system should take care of your horn issue.
Like I said in my other response to you. If you want pics and or diagrams for the wiring, or what ever it may be, make that clear in your post. There are several of us on here who will help however we can can but to give you good viable info we need as much clarity as possible from your side. Good luck on bringing your truck back to life. and don't forget pics.
