Angry fuel injectors

:confused: :confused: any one have any idea how to remove the fuel injection rail i think i have a bad o ring but not sure how that rail comes off on a 88 f 250 302 :rolleyes: :confused:

1. Relieve the fuel system pressure.

Never smoke when working around gasoline! Avoid all sources of sparks or ignition. Gasoline vapors are EXTREMELY volatile!

2. For all except 7.5L engines, remove the upper intake manifold assembly.
3. Remove the fuel rail.
4. Disconnect the wiring at each injector.
5. Pull upward on the injector body while gently rocking it from side-to-side.
6. Inspect the O-rings on the injector for any sign of leakage or damage. Replace any suspected O-rings.
7. Inspect the plastic cap at the top of each injector and replace it if any sign of deterioration is noticed.
To install:
8. Lubricate the O-rings with clean engine oil ONLY!
9. Install the injectors by pushing them in with a gentle rocking motion.
10. Connect the electrical wiring.
11. Install the fuel rail.
12. If applicable, install the upper intake manifold.
