Only Running on Half the Engine
I got an f250 v8 5.4 liter triton '99 as a quick fix. It had a stuck sparkplug that somebody had j b welded in. I put it back together, and it is only running on the left bank. It has fuel and spark, just won't fire.

When you say "fuel" you probably mean the pump is pumping and the rail has fuel in it. Sounds like the injectors aren't opening. I'd check power at the injector plugs. Compare to the side that works. If you have power, noid lights will tell you if the PCM is opening them. If they're not opening, there's something wrong on the PCM side.

Do a Compression test and suspect Cops / spark plugs. Change the relays around, see if it is a bad relay in the fuse box. those also corrode, look for blue / green stuff.
Turn the Air Filter connection cap upside down and spray starting fluid, see if it fires and wants to run. Double check the codes then.
