Have a 2019 Ford super duty power stroke. I’ve owned it since October 2020. started it up tonight, and the radio screen had vertical lines in it for a second then it turned white. The radio still works. It just doesn’t show anything. I did a search on here and didn’t really find any thing related.
If your manual radio tune works then it’s probably just the screen module. I would try pulling the fuse and then removing the battery cable first. It also might be a loose connection behind the display. You might be able to find a replacement screen module on eBay to replace it if you want to try and repair it on your own.

OK, thanks I’ll try the fuse and removing the battery cables in the morning.. I have an aftermarket warranty up to 168,000 miles but I’m not sure if it’s a serious problem or not.. I’ve driven the truck 70,000 miles and it just done it tonight a few miles from home for the first time
