Hi and welcome to FTE!

The wiper **** just pulls straight up. It fits snug and you won't hurt anything if you use a thin pry bar (like a paint scraper) under it to gently pry it up. Retaining nut (bezel) is threaded.

Light switch - it's been a while - disconnect the battery. There is a hole on one side of the switch assembly housing. Insert a tiny, thin screw driver blade to push the keeper up off the **** shaft and pull on the ****. The entire **** and shaft will pull out. Then unscrew the retaining nut (bezel) and the unit will come out behind the dash. Lots of wires, be careful not to break it as that old plastic is brittle.

Choke and throttle cables should just have a retaining nut on the dash face. All of these have dimples for a type of spanner. I've gotten by just using a good pair of needle nose pliers - carefully.
Good luck with it.
