Front Brake Repair 99 E150

I am attempting to replace the front rotors on my 99 E150. I was surprised to discover that I had to remove the wheel bearings (not at all like my 93 Aerostar). I am looking for an on-line guide to replacing the rotors/servicing the front brakes. Any recommendations? The first problem I encountered was removing the dust cover. The old styles I was accustomed to (I'm talking 1960's) just popped off with a pair of channel locks. Are these threaded now? I can't seem to get them to budge?

Thanks. I did manage to get the job done. The only problem at this point is that the ABS light is still on. Any suggestions?

Bleed the brakes on al 4 corners. Go corner to corner on the bleeding of the brakes. There may also be a reset switch in the fuse box.
