First dose the truck have factory AC or dealer AC?
Maybe heavy duty cooling but I dont know how you could tell?
Is the fan a clutch fan or bolted right to the water pump?
Why I ask is non-AC trucks did not have a shroud only a little cover off the top of the radiator over the fan.
I also dont think dealer AC had a shroud?
Factory AC had a shroud and clutch fan and HD cooling I am sure had shroud and maybe clutch fan too.
But all that dose not help you if you want to run a shroud.
When I was looking, LMC you needed the casting number from the old one and I had none.
It would help if they listed early and late as I think the radiators changed how the mount and think how the shrouds mount but not 100% sure on the shrouds?
After a lot of measuring and checking sites I found one from NPD that worked for my 81 F100 with a 300.
I had to trim a 1/4" off each side that fits to the fins as it held the shroud out so it would not sit flush.
It was also cheap enough that I got 2 and was thinking I could make 1 from the 2 but was not needed.
I can get the part number off the box tomorrow if not storming to bad.

I bought mine new on eBay last year. I don't think LMC had them in stock at the time. I think it was around $80 bucks but it was a perfect factory like fit. It really helped this summer with some heavy towing.
