I ordered my 2024 F-250 Lariat, Super Cab, 7.3L - in October of 2023. The truck was delivered in January 2024. I added a few accessories (floor mats, bed mat, bed cover, mud flaps, seat covers....) I drove the reccomended break in miles, changed the oil at 1200 miles. In March I drove the truck from S.Indiana to Arizona, toured the National parks, the round trip was about 5100 miles. Only 20% of those miles were interstate miles, the balance were U.S. highways, state and county roads - some dirt/gravel. This month, we drove to the Black Hills of S. Dakota and Roosevelt N.P. in N. Dakota. The round trip mileage was about 4600 miles. The current mileage is 13,430. To date, I have burned 832 gallons of 87 octane fuel, for a hand calculated average mileage of 16.1 mpg - combined city / highway miles (the majority being U.S. highways and state and county roads) I have not towed my RV, to date. Contrary to other opinions regarding the quality of their Ford trucks, mine has been absolutely trouble free! Everything works as it should.
My 2018 PSD was also trouble free, with twice the mileage towing my RV.
