F1 1950 Pick Up Head light display

I have a 1950 F1 1950 that I am using for a Fall Display on my lawn. Truck is not running yet. No battery. How can I hook up the head lights to an extension cord. Thoughts on splicing a 12 V power cord to the lights and connecting to an extension cord.

Thanks,

Bryan

How much money do you want to spend? Can you get headlight plug pigtails at the store, unplug the original wiring from the headlights and plug in the pigtails and wire in your power supply.

That shouldn't be too expensive right? Than just slice the pig tail wires with a 12 V power cord correct? That should work right?

Thank you for the reply!

See if Advance Auto part number 84-1006 will fit it. It's $3.49 each. I bet other stores sell it also. They say it fits sealed beam headlights and 3 prong turnsignal flashers.

I decided to remove headlights and snaked a cord into headlight and splice a light socket for the display. Thanks for the help.
