Has anyone been able to program a TCM using as-builts with Forscan? I have been able to program other modules but I can't get it to work with the TCM. Any help is much appreciated!
if youve already installed the new module and it is still installed dont drive it. ive seen warnings in most of fords service manual that you can damage trans if not programed, like when installing new trans or valve body. i dont think id take the chance.tow it

I only installed it to try to write the backup to it and when it failed I put the original one back in. I have replaced several valve bodies and have been able to program those. Along with an ABS module in an F150. The ABS module I backed up the original and wrote it to the new one. I was hoping that would work with this TCM. Oh well, I'll just run it to the dealer when I get time.
