Inside Door Surface Rust

I'm looking for information on how to remove the surface rust inside the truck door. I have used steel wool and a wire brush, but some of the places around the door hinges are difficult to access. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Consider a liquid rust converter you can spray in the hard to access areas. I like them for use in cracks and crevices that blasting can't reach.

I had surface rust in my doors on my 72 f250 as well. I ended up wire brushing anything loose and then brushing on a rust converter. Later I sprayed primer in the doors and then a rubberized undercoating and called it good.

Thanks for the inputs!! Has anyone used Ospho as a rust converter? Does it work good?

well I rinse with vinegar then water dry with compressed air and dry clean rags right after rinsing apply DuPont metal prep then prime scuff dry primer and paint.
