Good morning Jay and MN. Have a fantastic Friday. Should be sunny into Wednesday now. Tuesday night through yesterday I got 2.38" of rain at my house. Made up for the deficit we had and now probably a surplus.

Happy Saturday fellas! Looks to be another nice warm day out there. Got a list of stuff to get accomplished today. Let's see how that goes.
