Oil consumption

Hey just bought my first 7.3 and I’m trying to solve my oil consumption it has some blow by but not enough to lift the cap she smokes like hell out of the oil filler it has 434000km would it be a injector o-ring problem or piston rings?

Oil all over the area where the oil cap and oil resevoir are located.
