I just noticed next to my radiator a Ford sticker that reads "the following modifications have been made..."
"modification: 03T02"
"modified 10/10/03"
Does anyone know what that is?
I'm guessing it might be a reflash.
Also, I just broke 1,000 miles and got 13.59 mpg on the first tank and 13.33 on the second. Is that normal for a new motor?

Yes that means the truck has probably been reflashed.
But when I first got my truck I think my first tank I only got about 14mpg but now at 11,000+ miles I'm getting 17 to 18 around town. Over 20 now on the highway. I hand calculate 21mpg once.
So maybe after you put some miles on it and break it in you'll see an increase.
Oh ya keep your foot out of it because that will kill your mileage.
