5.4 Issues
I have a cylinder 3, 5, and 7 misfire on a 5.4 Triton along with both Camshaft Position Sensors jumping from 0 to 100, yet my camshaft and crankshaft are shown in sync. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Variable cam timing is off, most likely due to low oil pressure, clogged oil ports, chain tensioner/guide wear or any combination of the afore mentioned ailments. Time to open the can and get the worms out.
