Idle RPM
Hi, I am wondering if it does any arm to raise the RPM a bit, or does it changes anything else in the injection of the fuel system?
I had the alternator external regulator changed for an ajustable one today and the mechanic raised my engine RPM to 750 so it would rev a little higher. He also cranked the voltage a little bit so I would have the batteries well up to snuff when I need all the juice at 10 below freezing.
Idleling at 630 was lowering my volt meter to about 12.5 when I had the fan, lights, wiper etc. on
