Being that the 5.4 and 6.8 are identical in just about every but the two additional cylinders. Would a procharger kit for a 5.4…in theory…bolt up to the 6.8 v-10? If not can someone explain why or why not? Also is there a way to “make” it work?
You're talking about one of those accessory belt driven superchargers, right?
I could see how it could be done, but it would definitely require some custom work. I haven't heard of this particular pairing though. I've seen a few articles about turbocharged V-10s out there, but can never seem to find any hint of what ever happened to them post-article.
