I moved you here as this is the place for your '79.
You simply need the bell, flywheel and clutch appropriate for the engine you are swapping in.
The bell to transmission will be the same for all engines. The clutch spline will be the same. Clutch diameter will be determined by the flywheel.

The bell housing you have now is for a small block so 300 six, 302 and 351W will all use that bell.
I believe if you go with one of the other 351's / 400 they use a different pattern and again as do the big blocks FE (390 / 428) and 460.
Get the flywheel for the size motor you get just note the 302 uses 2 different weights for balance depending on the year motor you get.
I am not up on the other 351's / 400 and the big blocks.
You will have to check on the frame mounts if what you have will work with the motor you get, most likely not.
