What does that statement tell us about the consoomers who signed up for it?

The ((( FTC ))) is worthless, 10 million is not even a slap on the wrist for a company of that size, for fraudulent actions. If ((( Levine ))) actually did his job, this would have been caught sooner. But no, it's designed to be as it is.
