Title question

Found title in deceased grandpas files. Could you help decipher?

The VIN will be 11 digits for a 1980, 17 for newer. You can post it and get it decoded.

The title should also list what it was to by year, make, model and color(s)

Count how many bolts hold one valve cover on. It should be 6 or 8.

I wonder why no model or color?

I take it you dont still have the truck?
If you did you could look at the VIN on the title and the truck to match it up.
Some states depending on how old a car or truck is you dont need a title to get plates just a BOS (bill of sale) but have to go through a safety inspection.
Yet others you need a title, has to be notarized and no safety inspection. It could be the biggest POS and as long as you have the proper title you are good.
