2017 F350.....it seems I am always adjusting the parking brake so it holds on an incline. Once adjusted, its good for about a month and then time for another slack adjustment. Its used daily and never over done. Does anyone else experience this behavior too?

subscribed - I only use mine if I get out of the truck, and it’s running, which is very rarely. I also always use it when connecting the trailer up, but I do not use it daily!
Being used daily consists of various trailers being pulled; hay wagons, tractors, machinery. Heavy loads in hilly terrain and I don't want to rely on the transmission pawl to hold everything. Its also a good habit to use the parking brake on a regular basis to avoid the rust from taking over, otherwise once you finally need it and use it, it may not release all the way.
There's a little "star wheel" adjuster inside the rear drums. Best thing to do is remove both rear rotor/drum assemblies, run those star wheel adjusters all the way down to their shortest position, then reinstall the drums and bolt everything back up and go through the rear slots in the brake drums to adjust them. That way you can get both sides equal by turning the adjusters the same amount. Drivers side, turn the wheel downward to extend the brake shoes out. Passenger side turn it upward to adjust shoes outward.
I use mine daily too. But it's electric so I can hear it engage and disengage. It's a fairly quick motion but I can hear it over the motor. So far, it seems to be working good. I'm on trails and uneven ground daily - that's when I use it, opening gates, inspecting job sites - really any time that I think the grade could put the transmission in a bind, I flip on the e-brake. So far, it's holding steady every time, but I think it functions differently. Now, we have an Armada too and I/we use the e-brake the same way so as not to bind the transmission, and it feels like it needs to be adjusted/tightened.

I know the procedure, done it many times during my life. I'm asking if anyone else is make more frequent adjustments.
If it isn't being caused by a bad/fraying/separating cable(s), then the only other causes would have to be brake pads that are "disappearing" or self adjusters that are backing off...correct?
My last Ram had a similar issue. When I tore it apart I found that 2 0r 3 of the 4 pads were no longer attached to their backing plates.
