Happy Friday? I don't even know what day it is, and where did August go? The last few weeks have been, interesting and exhausting. Lots of issues at work, working late, herding cattle down correct paths to find issues. Family has still been sick the whole time. The wife left Saturday for New Orleans for a conference, I left Monday to Dallas for work so we had to prep a bunch for my parents to watch the 7 year old, which is her first time being away from both of us her entire existence. We all survived. This is the 4th Dallas trip in a year and per usual nothing went as planned but we made it work. Luckily it was cooler this week than last as I was working in a construction area moving all of our network to a new room.
We are all home now. I got back yesterday afternoon and my wife around 2am. I took today off to get a 4 day weekend so hoping to make some progress on the 390 rebuild and some yard work.
I'm leaving again Wednesday for Chicago for a one day event. I will never choose to go to Chicago so while there I'm going to catch the train from the airport hotel and watch a Cubs game a Wrigley.
Sensational Saturday Nebraska, Pat, Lee, George, TC, Kenny and all the crew. I hope everyone had a great weekend eve party and didn't overdo it. I guess Pat will be extending his party until about 1700'ish and depending on the outcome of the game whither he is able to grill out Monday or not!
UTEP isn't a team I never followed and really don't know much about them!
Years ago, some time last Century, we were visiting friends near Clemson. It was interesting to see orange Tiger paw prints going down the main st of the town. And, on store front windows.
Good morning all! Yes, the September thread is up! No, not hung over, but I’m a happy Husker fan today! Along with smoking a brisket, there will be work on the 67!
