Turbo issue?

I need some help folks. I seem to be not getting full boost from my turbo. It is a bone stock 2013 F350, 6.7l. 231k miles. I noticed this problem over the 4th of July while hauling my 5th wheel (about 14k lbs). I am only getting about 20lbs of boost (instead of 22-23)according to the guage. I have no aural indications of a leak(that has already happened and a CAC intake pipe was replace to fix it). I have no visual indicators of a leak, i.e no white/black smoke out the tail pipe. I have zero CELs.. No odd noises from the turbo. All clamps are tight. Waste gate seems to function normally. Air filter upstream of the MAF is clean. The sensor that goes into the cold side pipe is a bit brown/black, but that is understandable after 230k+ miles. Anybody have any other suggestions?

Check the CAC clamps for tightness? Also air intake hose clamps.

Yes, I have checked all these things, everything is tight. I have not had a leak test performed as of yet.

Around post 36 of this thread there are airflow numbers at different rpms. Would recommend you compare . I would focus on map and ebp data.
