2002 E350 A/C

I just had a spark plug re-threaded by a mobile mechanic. My AC worked fine before he worked on van. Now it doesn’t even blow.
He said he could’ve knocked something loose,
to look under where my knees are when driving. Huh?
Now he’s not answering. Is this something that would be obviously loose if I remove whatever panels I pull off around the doghouse?

If the mechanic rethreaded a spark plug hole for you, why would he have been inside of the cabin and why would he have unplugged anything under the dash? Did he remove the doghouse to get at the spark plug? If yes, then I would call the main number of the service you used that he's working through and tell them that he messed up your AC somehow when he did the repair and you want it fixed. Tell them that he will not answer his telephone. They will probably light a fire under his butt a little bit or send another mechanic out to retrace what the first one did, Of course this is just my guess. If he's an independent contractor, you may be boned. I'd pull the doghouse and look for unplugged or broken wires.

Thanks for reply…

Thanks for the reply, he did go through the doghouse. My daughter and I went in there and looked for anything loose and saw a vacuum hose was loose, we re-hooked that back up and back in business we are.
