Which brand/manufacturer tilt kit on Amazon?
What model number?

Your ask is akin to "Does anyone have experience with LED light bulbs on Amazon?"

Why not provide a link or screen shot of the product listing you are inquiring about? Help us know if we used the specific kit you are inquiring about.

I used one of these kits instead of buying one from Mid-fifty. I actually purchased it on ebay, same kit.
It worked fine.

See? Was that so hard to post the actual kit you are interested in?

Now, maybe someone here has used THAT EXACT KIT, and may respond.

OF course, your snarky attitude probably closed that door.

Best of luck in all of your endeavors.

I find it to be generally very friendly. However, I have found that many members, myself included, have a low tolerance level for posters coming in with their fists up.

For example, I was one of the first responders to this post, asking for more detail. OP came back pretty quickly with his fists up. I find that to be rude. At that point, I was done. Even if I knew the answer he was never going to get it from me.

And of course, me being me, I had to slap him with a bit of snark right back when the link was finally posted.

Bottom line, politeness is a two way street.

Sorry you feel the way that you do, as you can see there are people here that responded without knowing or needing to know specifics, that's because I wasn't asking for specifics, all I did was ask if anyone in this forum had used a tilt kit offered by AMAZON for the particular trucks associated with this forum. Don't know where you get this "OP came back with his fist up" you are the only one here that sounds like you got your knickers in a twist.

Here is a screen shot that shows three different kits on Amazon. On one page there were at least 11 kits listed and all showing differnt manufacturers. So I don't know how people say there is only ONE listed on Amazon for '55 trucks. I don't think there is only one of anything on Amazon. Just saying.
