POWER ANTENNA?
Anyone know if 2001 LTD is supposed to have a power antenna? I was on Digital City looking at specs for Excursion and they listed it among standard items.

POWER ANTENNA?
ok Thanks-- I keep seeing these option lists and think I have all these hidden extras somewhere :-)
Guess this antenna is supposed to be flexible as I bend it everytime I enter and exit Garage--it clears roof rack by maybe an inch if i'm lucky

I went down to Radio Shack and bought a flexible 18" ducky antenna. I use that almost all the time. It's flexible enough to put the car cover right over it.
If I find myself in a fringe reception area and need better reception, I figure I'll just screw the original antenna back on (I carry it in the back, but so far the little ducky antenna works fine everywhere, and there's so much crap on the radio these days that I mostly only listen to CDs).

POWER ANTENNA?
You would think for what this truck cost, a person wouldnt need to go and buy another antenna. Not that I need a power one--can actually be a pain when they break but they could have put an antenna on it that can be pushed down.
