4.6L 2v Lifter tick?
05 F-150 XLT with a 4.6L 2v from my brother with 167xxx miles on it he wasnt using it for a while so it just sat there, the first day I drove it it was quiet smooth running quiet engine bay a couple days later once going to get my tags and everything I noticed the truck was low on oil when I checked the dipstick and also started hearing a small tick did a full oil change with Mobil 1 high mileage 5w20 and motorcraft oil filter and the sound is still there. When I record from the engine bay the tick seems quiet but when I go lower I can hear it I noticed a stud on the manifold is broken and heard it could cause a puttering tick sound but it doesnt go away after the engine is up to temp I assume it may be a lifter because the sound seems to come from what seems in between the valve cover and manifold and I cant seem to pin point the exact area. Where should I start? I have lifter and valve cover gasket in my amazon cart ready to order but want to make sure it is that problem where should I start? Thank yall

The w20 is too thin for these engines.
Same for me with the video, but based on your description, if you have 1 broken exhaust manifold stud there is likely more.
Even with just 1, there is typically a "ticking" sound that "can" quiet a bit once warmed up, but not necessarily.
Also, IDK what you have in your Amazon cart, but do yourself a favor & skip the Amazon/eBay garbage & get only OEM parts.
Keep in mind, even if you are buying a "Motorcraft" part on Amazon, there is a good chance it is a Chinese knock off.
