hey y’all. back again with my 92 f150. recently did a lot on the coolant system. Rad, rad hoses, thermostat, water pump. and she’s keeping good temp now. since i’ve bought the truck i’ve had a constant CEL. well after i did the coolant system it randomly turns itself off. first start the truck it’s on runs normal. as it comes to temp the light turns off at tries to die at low speeds and idle. it’s constantly on off on off. most of the time it’s on. but when it’s off it runs awful. i get into it the cel comes back and it runs normal. i’ve ran codes previously for the egr but not now since it goes off when the prob happens. im going to run them tm but i’m puzzled. what are y’all’s opinions?
Same here, clean the injectors through the rail and clean the throttle plate
That might help with the low idle speed
Check the codes. probably needs a new EVP sensor by now

Any idea where I can get a motorcraft EVP? Or is it worth buying a cheapo just so it works?
(I've tested mine and it has wonky resistance levels)
