Payload sag?

Have 1600lbs of flooring in the bed on a pallet and rear end only went down 3/4" and front went up 1/2". Is this pretty decent?

How much gap between overload bumpers and overload spring unladen?

Looks good, is this an F250 with factory spring pack? What spring code?

F250 yes and factory overload leaf yes and with factory bump stops there was a good 2" between leaf and rubber and with my current setup unloaded there's about 1/8 gap on the back end and roughly 1" gap on the front. Not sure on the spring code, but truck handled real nice with 1600lbs in the bed

Looks okay.

I'd leave a factory amount of gap between the overload springs and the saddles while empty to keep the ride a little more compliant . . . unless you are always going around with a bunch of weight in the bed.

Yeah I had to shave a 1/4" off of the rear rubber bump stops and she rides just fine unloaded now.
